All things are difficult before they are easy

Wow I can't believe I haven't blogged for ages and basically I didn't exactly have an ideal start to 2014 in January. Firstly, I had an exam, which I revised quite hard for, but in the end, I totally messed up and may have failed. This means I have to work hard on the next three modules in order to pass onto second year. Talking about modules, there are two new modules this term, and the materials are hard, but it's so much more interesting than the previous two modules. Also, this month seems to be an overload with practical report work, which seems to make no sense.

But, there were a few positives with January. Like, for example, celebrating Maria's birthday, and how our cake making skills has improved so much since my birthday (just joking, it was brought from a shop). Also, finding a house to live with my friends next year, which is exciting, but it's quite stressful and it's still not sorted. Finally, I got a new found love for EXO. Anyway, I promise to blog more this month, and I try not to procrastinate often.

"Sometimes I lie awake at night, and I ask, ‘Where have I gone wrong?’ Then a voice says to me, ‘This is going to take more than one night."

  1. Hello On Yee!
That cake looks so beautiful, I would like to thank you for your supportive comment on my blogpost! I hope your exams will turn out better than you expected!
I just saw that you study at the Royal Holloway! I went there for an open day back in October last year, it seems like such a nice place. I'm gutted that I didn't put that on my uni choices hahaha, if I were to come to Royal Holloway, I think we would be really good friends!! :D
