Sometimes we need to escape

Mar 6, 2014
Last weekend, Natalie and I met up to go to Central London. I was supposed to plan Saturday, but with my mock exam preventing me doing anything apart from revision, I didn't have time to make a plan. So basically we walked around Central London, starting from Carnaby Street, to Regent Street, stop off at Chinatown for dinner, then to Tottenham Court Road to catch the tube to Natalie's house. Natalie said she can tell I'm not a Londoner because of my slow walking pace. Actually, I was too busy taking pictures and admiring Central London, which is completely different from Birmingham. Also, it was funny how I saw people from my course, just shows how small this world is. That night, I slept over at Natalie's house, and I'm so jealous of her room, which has recently been converted from a loft. We watched "About Time". The movie was two hours long, but it took us three hours to finish it because of the ridiculous buffering. I wish I have the ability to travel back in time because it would make life so much more easier. Anyway, it was a cute movie to watch and I totally recommend it.

"Someone once asked me, “Why do you insist on taking the hard road?” I replied, “Why do you assume I see two roads?"

  1. Dropped by! I really like the pictures you take :D

  2. Sounds like you had a lovely day! I definitely need to get around to watching About Time soon, since I've heard a lot of good things about it :)

    1. Omg it's a really good movie, you won't be disappointed :)

  3. Haha I'm a city girl but I don't like walking fast, I don't see the need to rush :')
