What is coming is better than what is gone

On Sunday, Anjalee, Maria, Yong Xue and I took the train to Virginia Water for a short break. A few of our other friends couldn't join either because they still have exams to revise for, or were too tired/hungover from the party the night before haha. At first, we walked in the wrong direction and ended up walking a complete circle back to the train station. Also, at some point, we walked into a private area without realising until the security guard spoke to us, how embarrassing and awkward. We finally found the right direction and it took about 30 minutes walking to reach Virginia Water. On the way, we passed big and beautiful houses (see below), which gave us the feeling of being in America rather than in England. How we wish we could own one of those houses!

Once we arrived in Virginia Water, we proceeded to walk along the lake, to the water cascade and then finally relaxing on the benches. Although we didn't stay for long, it was a really enjoyable day out with the beautiful scenery and lovely weather.
